PAYMENTS/RESERVATIONS: We are using the same deposit policy that we used last year and one that Mary Kay has asked us to use. Which is in keeping with their policies. However, our deposit will be charged later which is 7/2 and they are charging earlier. Below is what shows up on the reservation link.
We are only requesting 1 deposit of $100 per guestroom. All roommates do not need to put down a deposit. The person that makes the reservation will be responsible for the $100 deposit, and it cannot be split among their roommates upon arrival. Welcome to the Mary Kay 2016 **Important information about your group** A $100 nonrefundable deposit will be posted to each reservation on or shortly after July 2nd. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure funds are available by the deposit due date. Any reservations with declining credit cards may be subject to cancellation! Each single bedded guestroom is limited to two occupants. Each double bedded guestroom is requested to have three occupants, rooms with two or less may be changed to a single bedded guestroom based on availability. A doubled bedded room may be a king with roll-a-way based on availability.
